Frequently Asked Questions

What does Failed mean on an email campaign?
The send couldn't complete due to a setup issue, like an invalid sender email or a deliverability config problem. Open the campaign, fix the cause, and retry.
Can I restore an archived campaign?
Yes. Archived campaigns aren't deleted. Open the Archived view and restore the campaign back to its prior status.
Why is my workflow campaign stuck on Draft?
It hasn't been published. Open the campaign and click Publish to make it live so contacts entering the workflow receive the emails.
What's the difference between Sent and Sending?
Sending means the bulk action is actively pushing emails out. Sent means delivery is complete and metrics are available.
