How to Use Smart Send for Email Timing in Sparkforge
Smart Send analyzes the last 60 days of opens, clicks, and engagement to pick the best send time for an email campaign. It needs at least 1,000 delivered emails in the location before it activates.
Smart Send is the fifth send option on the Sparkforge email Send & Schedule screen. It studies recipient activity over the last 60 days and recommends the time most likely to drive opens and clicks. You can accept the recommendation or override it.
Eligibility
Smart Send requires at least 1,000 delivered emails in the last 60 days for the location. Below the threshold the option is greyed out and a progress bar shows how close you are.
How to use Smart Send
- Go to Marketing → Email Builder.
- Open Campaigns and create a new campaign.
- After building the campaign, click Send or Schedule.
- Pick the Smart Send option.
- Fill in the fields and click Get Recommendation. Sparkforge analyzes engagement data and returns a suggested time.
- Accept the time or override it with a custom date and time, then launch.
How it picks the time
The system looks at recipient opens, clicks, and engagement events from the last 60 days, then predicts when that audience is most active. After the campaign sends, the analytics dashboard shows the engagement lift versus your account average.
