How to Manage Affiliates with Quick Campaign Actions in Sparkforge

Sparkforge's Affiliate List has a Quick Campaign Actions menu that handles campaign assignment from one screen. Open the affiliate list, click the three-dot menu next to any affiliate, and pick the action.

Available actions

• Add to Campaign: assign an affiliate to a campaign
• Remove from Campaign: pull an affiliate out of a campaign
• Suspend Affiliate: pause tracking on a specific campaign
• Unsuspend Affiliate: reactivate tracking
• Move to Campaign: relocate to another campaign with options for existing customers

How to add an affiliate to a campaign

1. Open the Affiliate List and click the three-dot menu next to the affiliate.
2. Select Manage Affiliate > Add to Campaign.
3. Pick the target campaign from the popup.

How to remove an affiliate from a campaign

1. Open the three-dot menu and select Manage Affiliate > Remove from Campaign.
2. Choose the campaign to remove them from.

How to suspend or unsuspend an affiliate

1. Open the three-dot menu and select Manage Affiliate > Suspend Affiliate (or Unsuspend).
2. Choose the campaign.

While an affiliate is suspended, their referral links stop tracking. You cannot manually add leads, assign commissions, or import past activity. When you unsuspend them, the existing links resume tracking automatically.

How to move an affiliate to another campaign

1. Open the three-dot menu and select Manage Affiliate > Move to Campaign.
2. Pick the destination campaign.
3. Decide what happens to existing customers:
   • Keep them in the old campaign: existing customers and recurring commissions stay under the original campaign rules.
   • Move them to the new campaign: future commissions follow the new campaign's rules.
4. Choose whether to send the welcome email. The toggle only sends if the destination campaign has welcome emails enabled.
5. Click Move Affiliate.
