Manage Scoring (HiRise) in Sparkforge: Faster Engagement Tracking
Manage Scoring assigns positive or negative points to contact actions to drive the Engagement Score. The HiRise rebuild keeps every scoring rule intact while delivering faster loads and shareable URLs.
Manage Scoring lets you add or subtract points when a contact takes specific actions — opens, clicks, payments, and more. Those points roll into the Contact Engagement Score, which drives segmentation and follow-up. The HiRise upgrade rebuilds the page with a faster, cleaner UI without changing any scoring logic.
What is new
- Single-column wide-table layout with color-coded point values and sticky headers.
- Up to 2x faster load times on large rule sets.
- Shareable URLs that preserve search text, page number, and rows-per-page.
- Consistent styling with other HiRise pages (Contacts, Payments, Trigger Links).
- Improved keyboard navigation and accessibility.
Persistent view-sharing links
Every change to the search box, pagination, or row-limit control is encoded in the URL. Bookmark or paste the link in Slack, and the recipient lands on the exact same filtered view.
Performance and scalability
Lighter frontend assets and a new caching strategy cut load times in sub-accounts with 50+ scoring rules. Less waiting, more time tuning your engagement logic.
Set up Manage Scoring
The mechanics are unchanged — only the UI is new.
- From your sub-account, click Settings → Manage Scoring.
- Toggle Draft Mode in the upper right if you want to stage changes without affecting live scores.
- Click + Add New Rule. Choose an Action Type (for example, Email Opened) and assign positive or negative points.
- Use the three-dot menu beside any rule to Edit or Delete.
- Review changes in the Scoring Rules Table, then flip the toggle to Publish. Copy the page URL to share your filtered view with a teammate.
