How to Manage the Account Billing Dashboard in Sparkforge
Open Settings > Billing in any Sparkforge sub-account to manage subscriptions, payment methods, billing addresses, charges, invoices, and wallet balances in one place.
The Billing Dashboard inside each Sparkforge sub-account is the single place for subscriptions, payment methods, billing addresses, charges, invoices, and wallet balances. Open it from Settings > Billing.
What the Dashboard Covers
- Manage subscriptions
- Payment methods
- Billing information
- Transaction history
- Wallet balances
Manage Subscriptions
See every active subscription tied to the sub-account:
- SaaS Subscriptions: Software-as-a-service plans.
- Reselling Subscriptions: Reselling-related subscriptions.
- Marketplace App Subscriptions: Marketplace apps integrated into your workflow.
Payment Methods
- Add new cards as needed.
- Delete outdated or unused cards.
- Set a primary card as the default for transactions.
Update Billing Information
Update your billing address from the Billing section. Accurate billing details are required for recurring products in many regions, so keep this current.
View Charges and Transaction History
- Detailed charge history.
- Downloadable invoices.
- Full transaction log for spend monitoring.
Wallet Balances
The wallet lets you load funds in bulk that convert to credits. Service usage spends those credits instead of charging your card per event.
When credits drop below the threshold you set, your default card is automatically charged to refill the wallet so paid services do not pause.
Wallet Capabilities
- View current balance at a glance.
- Track complimentary credits separately.
- Add funds to keep services uninterrupted.
