Media Storage in Sparkforge: Upload, Organize, Insert
Sparkforge Media Storage handles uploads up to 100MB for images and fonts and up to 4GB for video, with folders, trash (30-day retention), Google Drive import, and inline previews across the funnel and website builders.
Media Storage is the central library for files used across funnels, websites, courses, social posts, and more. This guide covers uploading, organizing, previewing, and the per-product file limits.
Open Media Storage
Click Media Storage in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
Upload files
Drag and drop directly from your computer into the Media Storage interface — no buttons required.
Font files (.ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2) up to 100MB are supported. Use them in websites and funnels via Custom CSS for consistent branding.
View storage usage
Open the Media Usage modal to see total storage on a color-coded bar plus a per-module breakdown (Media Library, Conversations, Memberships, Contacts, Calendar). Expand any module to see usage by file type — Images, Videos, Documents, Audio.
- Click the three-dot menu and select Storage.
- Click any module to drill into file types.
Sort and view
Sort options:
- Name: A-Z or Z-A
- Size: smallest or largest first
- Modified date: newest or oldest first
Toggle between Grid and List views. Grid view shows an orientation badge (Landscape, Portrait, Square). List view shows pixel dimensions next to each filename so you can pick the right asset for a layout. Older uploads may take a moment to populate dimensions due to background processing.
Quick actions
Right-click any file (or hover and use the quick-action buttons) for: Rename, Delete, Move to Folder, Preview, Insert.
Insert and preview inside builders
When Media Storage opens inside the website or funnel builder:
- Insert Media: pick a file and insert without leaving the builder.
- Preview: available from the three-dot menu.
- Insert from Preview: insert without flipping back to the picker.
Folder management
Collapse the folder list
Click the arrow next to Folders to collapse or expand. Useful for deep folder structures.
Move folders (and contents)
- Click the three-dot menu next to the folder and pick Move to Folder.
- Pick an existing folder or create one.
- Confirm. Subfolders move intact.
Trash and recovery
Deleted files go to Trash for 30 days, then are permanently removed.
- Click the three-dot menu (top right) and select Trash.
- Pick a file and choose Restore or Delete Permanently.
Trash is location-wide. Anyone logged into the same location can restore items, regardless of who deleted them — useful when a user is removed or loses access.
Google Drive integration
Connect Drive imports your owned files only. Shared files and shortcuts to shared files do not appear, due to Google Drive's permission model.
Workaround: create a copy of the shared file rather than a shortcut.
Login As privacy: when an admin uses "Login As," the Connect Drive button is disabled and the original user's Drive content is hidden.
Inside other products
Media Storage opens as a modal — not full screen — when used inside a funnel or website builder. Drag and drop works inside the modal too.

Browser compatibility
Validation, upload, listing, and preview behavior is standardized across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. The Supported Formats & Browser Compatibility matrix in the Media Library specs has the canonical list, including JSON, CSS, OGG/OGA, M4V, HEIC, and ZIP handling.
Previews
Inline thumbnails render when the browser and OS support the format; otherwise the file is offered as a download. Keep asset sizes reasonable for snappy previews.
