How to Find a Sub-Account Location ID in Sparkforge
The Location ID sits in the URL after
/location/
when you are inside the sub-account. You can also find it in Settings > Business Profile. Never share it outside your organization.
Every sub-account in your Sparkforge agency has a unique Location ID. Support uses it to pinpoint a specific account when troubleshooting. There are two reliable ways to find it.
Option 1: Read It from the URL (Fastest)
- Open the sub-account.
- Look at the address bar.
- Find the value after
/location/or in thelocationId=parameter.
Example: in https://app.../v2/location/abc123XYZ/dashboard, the Location ID is abc123XYZ.
Option 2: Settings > Business Profile
- From the sub-account dashboard, open Settings in the lower-right.
- Click Business Profile in the left navigation.
- The Location ID is shown on that page.
Security Reminder
Treat the Location ID like an internal identifier. Share it with Sparkforge support when asked, but do not paste it into public posts, screenshots that leave your team, or third-party forums.
