How to Reschedule an Email Campaign in Sparkforge
You can reschedule a Schedule, Batch Schedule, or RSS Schedule email campaign up to one hour before execution. Use Actions > Reschedule Campaign to change the date, time, or delivery model.
Plans change. Sparkforge lets you reschedule any Schedule, Batch Schedule, or RSS Schedule campaign up to one hour before its execution time.
Steps to reschedule
- Go to Marketing > Email and open the Email Campaign tab.
- Find the campaign you want to move.
- Open the Actions dropdown and choose Reschedule Campaign.
- Adjust the date, time, or delivery model (you can switch between Schedule, Batch, and RSS).
- Confirm — the campaign now shows the new execution settings.
What you can change
- Execution date and time.
- Delivery model (Schedule, Batch Schedule, RSS Schedule).
- Batch quantity and repeat interval for Batch sends.
Inside the one-hour window before execution, the reschedule option locks. If you miss the window, the campaign sends as originally configured.

How close to send time can I reschedule?
Up to one hour (60 minutes) before the scheduled execution. Inside that window, the reschedule option is no longer available.
Can I switch from Schedule to Batch Schedule when rescheduling?
Yes. The reschedule flow lets you change the delivery model along with the date and time.
Does rescheduling reset campaign stats?
No. Existing stats stay intact. Only the execution timing changes.
What if I miss the one-hour window?
The campaign sends on its original schedule. To stop it, you'd need to cancel before the lockout — there's no override after the cutoff.
