How to Pin Favorite Dashboards in Sparkforge
Open the Dashboard Selection menu, find the dashboard, and click the pushpin icon to turn it blue. Pinned dashboards always sit at the top of the list.
If your sub-account has more than a few dashboards, pin the ones you use daily so they stay at the top of the selection menu.
Pin a dashboard
1. Open the dashboard list
Go to Sub-account → Dashboard and click the Dashboard Selection menu.
2. Find the dashboard
Search or scroll until the dashboard you want is visible.
3. Click the pushpin
Click the pushpin icon next to the dashboard name. It turns from grey to blue, and the dashboard moves to the top of the list. Pin as many as you want.
Click the pushpin again to unpin.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is pinning shared across users?
No. Pinning is per-user. Other users on the same sub-account see their own pinned set.
Is there a limit on pinned dashboards?
There's no documented cap — pin as many as you want, though too many defeats the purpose of having a quick-access list.
Why isn't my dashboard showing up to pin?
Permissions. If you don't have at least View access on a dashboard, it won't appear in your selection menu.
Does pinning affect the default dashboard?
No. The default dashboard is what loads when you open Dashboard. Pinning only sorts the menu list.
