Whitelabel Email Template Sharing in Sparkforge: Step-by-Step

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Generate a template share link from Marketing → Emails → Templates, extract the Share ID after
template_share=
, and rebuild the link as
https://app.YOURDOMAIN.com/emails/share/SHAREID
to keep sharing on your whitelabel domain.

Sparkforge lets you generate template share links so sub-account users can import an email template directly into their account. With a small URL adjustment, those links can be served on your whitelabel domain to stay fully branded.

Generate a template share link

  1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
  2. Click the three dots beside the template you want to share.
  3. Select Share.
  4. Copy the generated link. It looks like:
    https://affiliates.sparkforge.com/?fp_ref=xxxx&email_template_share=6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b

Extract the Share ID

Find the value that comes after template_share=.

Example: from email_template_share=6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b, the Share ID is 6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b.

Permission note: template share imports do not work for the account/location user role. Only agency owners, agency admins, agency users, and account admins can import.

Build the whitelabel share URL

Use this template:

https://app.YOURDOMAIN.com/emails/share/SHAREID
  • Replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your whitelabel domain.
  • Replace SHAREID with the Share ID you copied.

Example: https://app.whitelabel.com/emails/share/6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b

Share it

Send the rebuilt link to sub-account users. They can import the template directly into their account through your branded domain.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn't the default share link match my whitelabel domain?
The generated link uses the public Sparkforge affiliate domain. Rebuild it as https://app.YOURDOMAIN.com/emails/share/SHAREID to serve it on your whitelabel domain instead.
Which user roles can import a shared template?
Agency owner, agency admin, agency user, and account admin. Standard account/location users cannot import.
Where do I find the Share ID?
It is the value after template_share= in the share link Sparkforge generates from the three-dot menu.
Can I share more than one template at a time?
Each share link points at a single template. Repeat the process to generate a separate link for each template you want to share.
