Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import directly into the drag-and-drop editor?
Not currently. Imported templates land in the Code Editor as HTML. Rebuild in the drag-and-drop editor if you need a visual structure.
What name does the imported template use?
You name it during import. The dialog prompts for a template name after you click Create Template.
Will images and links survive the import?
Image URLs and links carry over as part of the HTML. Hosted images stay on ActiveCampaign's CDN unless you replace them with assets uploaded to Sparkforge.
Does the import bring across automation logic?
No. Only the email template HTML imports. Recreate triggers, segments, and sequences inside Sparkforge workflows.
