Voice AI Snapshots clone agents, prompts, and Voice AI workflows from one Sparkforge sub-account to another. Phone numbers do not transfer and must be reassigned in the destination account.

Voice AI Snapshots extend Sparkforge's existing snapshot system to Voice AI. Clone full Voice AI setups across sub-accounts so agencies and multi-brand operators stop rebuilding the same agents from scratch.

What gets cloned

Included

  • Voice AI agents and their configurations
  • Custom prompts and settings
  • Workflows that reference Voice AI actions (for example, update contact info)
  • System and user-defined actions tied to Voice AI logic

Not included

  • Assigned phone numbers — these are account-specific and must be reassigned manually after the snapshot applies

Create a Voice AI snapshot

  1. From the agency dashboard, open Snapshots.
  2. Click + New Snapshot.
  3. Select the sub-account that has the Voice AI configuration you want to clone.
  4. In the components checklist, check Voice AI.
  5. Click Create Snapshot.

Apply the snapshot to another sub-account

  1. Select the destination sub-account.
  2. Click Apply Snapshot and choose your Voice AI snapshot.
  3. Confirm and wait for the clone to finish.
  4. Open the destination's Voice AI dashboard to assign phone numbers and fine-tune.

After applying the snapshot

  • Assign phone numbers to each agent.
  • Adjust prompts to match the destination sub-account's audience and brand.
  • Reconnect any automations or workflows that are unique to the destination.
  • Test inbound and outbound flows before going live.
