Snapshot Notification Preferences let Sparkforge agency admins choose whether the user who initiated a snapshot push gets emailed and add up to five additional admins to the recipient list. Settings are per snapshot.

Snapshot Notification Preferences give Sparkforge agency admins control over who receives an email when a snapshot push completes. Settings live on each snapshot, so different snapshots can have different recipients.

What this controls

After a snapshot push finishes, Sparkforge can email the initiating user and up to five additional agency admins with a summary of completed and failed sub-accounts plus a direct link to the push history.

Agency Admin only: only agency admins can change these settings.
Per snapshot: each snapshot has its own preference set.
Push completion only: notifications send when the push finishes, not on start or mid-run failures.

What is in the email

Count of completed sub-accounts.
Count of failed sub-accounts.
Direct link to the full push history for the run.

Recipient controls

Push Notification toggle: decide whether the initiating user gets an email confirmation.
Additional admins: add up to five other agency admins to the list.
User view-only: agency users can see settings but not change them.

Set up Snapshot Notification Preferences

Step 1: Open the snapshot

From the agency view, go to Snapshots → My Snapshots. Click the three-dot icon next to the snapshot you want to update.

Step 2: Edit the preferences

Open Edit Snapshots (now Snapshot Settings) and select the Notification Preference tab. Choose recipients and review the email content preview.

Only agency admins can edit the settings. Agency users have view-only access so they can see the configuration without changing it.
