Rolling Notifications for Snapshot Push in Sparkforge
When you push a snapshot to more than 10 sub-accounts, Sparkforge consolidates in-app notifications into rolling milestones at 10%, 30%, 70%, and 100% progress. Failures still generate individual alerts. Pushes to 10 or fewer locations notify per-location as before.
Snapshot pushes to many sub-accounts used to flood your notifications panel — one alert per location. Rolling Notifications groups those into milestone updates so you can track progress without scrolling through dozens of alerts.
What a Snapshot Push Is
A snapshot push copies a predefined Sparkforge configuration — funnels, workflows, settings, or a full account template — into one or more sub-accounts. Agencies use it to deploy a standardized setup across many client accounts at once.
How Rolling Notifications Work
The behavior depends on how many sub-accounts you push to:
- 10 or fewer locations: You get an individual notification for each location, same as before.
- More than 10 locations: Notifications consolidate into rolling milestones at 10%, 30%, 70%, and 100% of locations processed.
This update is automatic — no setting to flip.
What You Gain
- Less notification clutter on large pushes.
- Clear progress checkpoints at four milestones.
- Failures still surface as their own notifications, so errors do not get buried.
- Every milestone or failure alert includes a View Details link that opens Snapshot > Push History filtered to that deployment.
Failure Notifications
Each failed snapshot push generates its own individual notification, even on large pushes. That keeps errors visible for fast troubleshooting and prevents systemic issues from going unnoticed inside the rolled-up progress alerts.
