Conversation AI Agents Dashboard Analytics in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge's Conversation AI Agents Dashboard consolidates analytics for every AI agent into one screen. Filter by date range, channel, and agent to compare performance and spot trends across your account.

The Conversation AI Agents Dashboard puts cross-agent analytics on a single screen. Filter by date, channel, or agent, then drill into any individual agent when you need detail.

What the dashboard shows

One unified view of every Conversation AI agent in your Sparkforge account. Instead of opening each agent to gather metrics, you see the whole picture in one place and pivot from there.

Why it's useful

  • Single view — all agents on one screen, no jumping between pages.
  • Faster decisions — spot trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities at a glance.
  • Targeted analysis — filter by Date Range, Channel, and Agent.
  • Permission-based — only users with the right role see analytics.
  • No reconfiguration — works on top of your existing AI agents.

Access and permissions

Access is controlled by the View Conversation AI Dashboard permission. Admins toggle it from Agency Settings → Team → Edit User → Roles & Permissions → AI Agents → View Conversation AI Dashboard. With the permission enabled, the dashboard shows up on the Conversation AI home page and at the agent level.

How to open the dashboard

  1. Go to AI Agents → Conversation AI from the Sparkforge dashboard.
  2. Pick an agent from the dashboard tab.
  3. Apply the channel selector and date range picker to narrow the data.

Filters

  • Date Range — compare periods (last week vs. last month) to find trend changes.
  • Channel — focus on a single communication source.
  • Agent — isolate one agent to evaluate impact or troubleshoot.
