Conversation AI Dashboard for All-Agent Analytics in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Conversation AI Dashboard consolidates performance across every agent in Sparkforge with Date Range, Channel, and Agent filters. Access is controlled by the View Conversation AI Dashboard permission.

The Conversation AI Dashboard pulls performance from every Conversation AI agent into one view. Instead of opening each agent separately, you get consolidated metrics with filters to drill in by time period, channel, or agent.

Where to find it

Open AI Agents > Conversation AI for the consolidated view. When the permission is enabled, the dashboard shows on the Conversation AI home page and at the agent level (scoped to one agent).

What it gives you

  • One view across every agent.
  • Date-based comparisons for trend spotting.
  • Channel-level visibility to see where AI performs best.
  • Agent-level drill-down to validate prompt or routing changes.
  • Permission-controlled access for multi-user teams.

Filters

Date Range

Compare time windows (this week vs last week) or narrow to investigate spikes and drops.

Channel

Focus on specific communication channels available in your account, or compare them side by side.

Agent

Isolate analytics for a single Conversation AI agent. Useful after updating prompts, workflows, or routing.

New drill-down metrics

Click Total Actions Triggered to see:

  • Cancel Appointment — bot-initiated cancellations confirmed in conversation.
  • Reschedule Appointment — bot-initiated reschedules completed in conversation.
  • Transfer Bot — handoffs from one bot to another.

Control access with permissions

  1. Go to Agency Settings > Team.
  2. Select the user, click Edit User.
  3. Open Roles & Permissions.
  4. Expand AI Agents.
  5. Toggle View Conversation AI Dashboard on or off.
  6. Click Save.

When enabled, the dashboard appears on both the Conversation AI home page and the agent level. When disabled, it's hidden from both.

What this update doesn't change

This release adds analytics visibility only. Existing agents, prompts, routing, and settings continue to work as configured. No setup migration is needed beyond enabling the permission.

Setup checklist

  1. Confirm Agency Settings access.
  2. Go to Agency Settings > Team and edit the target user.
  3. Under Roles & Permissions > AI Agents, enable View Conversation AI Dashboard.
  4. Open AI Agents > Conversation AI and confirm the dashboard loads.
  5. Use the Date Range, Channel, and Agent filters to confirm drill-downs work.
