Sparkforge Reputation flags suspected spam reviews automatically, lets you mark or unmark reviews manually, filters the inbox by spam status, and stops AI from replying to flagged reviews.

What spam detection does

Spam detection in Sparkforge Reputation surfaces fraudulent or irrelevant reviews so they do not pollute your response queue or trigger automated AI replies. You stay focused on real customer feedback.

Capabilities

Visual spam indicator in the Reviews section.
Mark as Spam action in each review's menu.

Why it matters

Auto-replying to a fake five-star review is bad enough. Auto-replying to a fake one-star review with a templated apology is worse. Spam detection keeps both out of your AI's path while preserving genuine reviews for response.

How to enable it

Open Reputation from the main side menu.
Click Settings in the top menu within Reputation.
Pick Spam Reviews from the left menu.
Toggle the setting On and click Save.

Working with flagged reviews

Use the spam filter on the Reviews list to audit flagged content periodically. If a real review was caught by mistake, open it and click Undo Spam to restore it. Reviews you undo become eligible for AI replies again.
