By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Reviews AI generates responses to Google and Facebook reviews in two modes: Suggestive (you approve each reply) or Auto-Pilot (fully automated based on star rating). Pricing is $0.01 per response after the free trial.

Reviews AI generates responses to Google and Facebook reviews from inside Sparkforge. Two modes: Suggestive, where you review and approve each draft, and Auto-Pilot, where responses go out automatically based on rules you set. Pricing is $0.01 per response.

Enable Reviews AI

For all subaccounts

Reviews AI is off by default for existing agencies. Turn it on at the agency level on the Company page. Once enabled, the option appears in every subaccount's Reputation settings.

For specific subaccounts

Open Settings → Reviews AI from the agency view to enable or disable Reviews AI per subaccount.

Get Started

Log into the subaccount, open the Reputation tab, and find Reviews AI in the Reviews section.

Suggestive Mode

Click AI Reply on any review and Reviews AI drafts a personalized response based on the review content. Edit it, then post. You can regenerate a response if you don't like the draft. The first three regenerations on a response are free; each one after that costs $0.01.

Auto-Pilot Mode

Auto-Pilot runs review responses without manual approval. Configure:

  • Different responses based on star rating (1-2 vs 3 vs 4-5)
  • A wait time before sending each response
  • Response footers — thank-you notes, business name, signature
  • Source-specific rules for Facebook and Google

Best Practices

  • Match your brand voice. Edit suggested responses so they sound like your business, not generic AI output.
  • Audit Auto-Pilot. Spot-check responses weekly to make sure tone and content stay consistent.
  • Don't outsource everything. Reviews AI handles replies, not the deeper customer relationship. Follow up on serious complaints personally.

Rebill Reviews AI to Your Clients

Once Reviews AI is on at the agency, every subaccount can use it. To rebill clients with markup:

  1. Make sure Reviews AI is enabled at the agency level.
  2. Switch the subaccount to SaaS Mode if it isn't already (Agency → Accounts → subaccount → three-dot menu → Switch to SaaS).
  3. Open View Details on the subaccount, scroll to Reviews AI Re-Sell Settings, and toggle it on.
  4. Set your markup with the slider and save.
  5. Repeat for each subaccount you want to rebill.

How rebilling flows

The agency pays Sparkforge and gets Sparkforge-branded invoices. Subaccounts pay the agency at the marked-up rate and get invoices with the agency's branding. Funds land in the agency's connected Stripe account. Like Phone and Email rebilling, Reviews AI uses agency wallet credits and subaccount wallet credits.
