How to Use the Guided Review Setup Wizard in Sparkforge
The Guided Review Setup Wizard in Sparkforge walks new sub-accounts through six steps to connect review platforms, configure a review link, send a first request, enable Reviews AI, build a widget, and add more sources.
The Guided Review Setup Wizard appears on the Reputation Management Overview for newly created sub-accounts. It runs through the six setup tasks needed before you can collect, respond to, and display reviews — then disappears once everything is configured.
What the wizard does
The wizard is an in-product onboarding assistant. It only shows up in new sub-accounts that have not yet completed review setup, and it removes itself once all six steps are done.
- Structured, click-through onboarding instead of hunting through settings
- Auto-hides when setup is complete, so it does not clutter the dashboard
- Pushes early activation of Reviews AI and other automation
- Helps you send a first review request the same day
- Drives adoption of widgets and integrations that improve review visibility
The six setup steps
1. Connect Google Business Profile or Facebook Pages
This pulls existing reviews into Sparkforge and unlocks AI responses.
- Click Connect Review Platforms in the wizard
- You are redirected to the Integrations page
- Pick Google or Facebook and follow the connection prompts
2. Set up your review link
The review link is what you share in SMS, email, and QR codes to ask for feedback.
- The wizard sends you to Settings > Review Link
- Customize or confirm the default link
- Copy the link for use in workflows and request templates
3. Send your first review request
- The wizard opens the Review Requests page
- Pick a contact or enter recipient info manually
- Send the request via SMS or email
4. Configure Reviews AI
Reviews AI generates and posts replies for you, so you stay responsive without writing every response by hand.
- The wizard opens Settings > Reviews AI
- Toggle the AI response feature on
- Choose a tone and the response behavior you want
5. Create a review widget
Widgets put your best reviews on your website to build trust with new visitors.
- The wizard opens the Widgets tab
- Pick a style — carousel, grid, or list
- Copy the embed code into your site HTML
6. Connect more review platforms
Once the first source is live, expand to Yelp, TripAdvisor, or other platforms available for your account and region.
Notes
- The wizard only appears in new sub-accounts. It will not show in older accounts that already have reviews configured.
- Once all steps are complete, the wizard disappears and cannot be reopened. You can still reach every setup area manually.
- The wizard does not modify existing reviews or data — it only points you to the right screens.
