Frequently Asked Questions
Are certificates still available as PDFs?
No. Sparkforge now issues certificates as high-resolution PNG images for better cross-platform compatibility and visual accuracy.
Can anyone with the link view a certificate?
Yes. Public share links are accessible without a login. The links aren't searchable or indexed, so they're shared directly by the recipient.
Can I disable public sharing?
Not at this time. All certificates include public share links by default. There's no toggle to turn them off.
Can I issue certificates automatically?
Yes. Use workflows triggered by form submissions, course completions, or other events to issue certificates without manual action.
Do older certificates support the new download format?
Yes. Certificates issued before this update now support high-resolution PNG downloads automatically.
