How to Include Certificates in Sparkforge Snapshots

Sparkforge snapshots can carry certificate templates plus their media files between sub-accounts, with IP protection preserved. You can also clone a certificate template to up to three sub-accounts at once.

Snapshots move a sub-account's setup — funnels, workflows, calendars — into another sub-account in one shot. Certificate templates are now part of that payload, including media files and IP protection settings.

What gets migrated

  • Certificate templates attached to the snapshot
  • Every media file referenced by those templates
  • Template configuration and version history
  • IP protection rules

Add certificates to a snapshot

  1. Go to Settings > Snapshots.
  2. Click Create Snapshot, then enter a name and description.
  3. Select the certificate templates you want to include. Linked media files are added automatically.
  4. Save the snapshot, then export it.
  5. Load the snapshot into the target sub-account and verify the certificates appear with media intact.

Clone a certificate template directly

If you only need to copy one certificate — not a full snapshot — use template cloning. You can target up to three sub-accounts in one operation.

  1. Open the Certificates section.
  2. Select the template you want to copy.
  3. Click Clone Template.
  4. Pick up to three target sub-accounts.
  5. Review the media list and configuration, then click Clone.
  6. Open each target sub-account and confirm the template, media files, and version history copied over.

  • Layout and design fields
  • Linked media (logos, signatures, backgrounds)

  • Full version history
