How to Customize and Embed the Sparkforge Review Widget
The Sparkforge review widget shows your Google and Facebook reviews on any site. Configure it in sub-account Reputation Management settings, then add it via the Review Widget Element on funnels and websites or paste the embed code on a third-party platform.
The review widget surfaces your Google and Facebook reviews directly on the page where prospects decide. You can drop it into Sparkforge funnels and websites with one click or embed the snippet on any third-party site.
Before you start
- Connect Google Business Profile and Facebook in sub-account integrations.
- Confirm reviews are showing on the Reputation tab — the widget only displays what Sparkforge has already pulled in.
- The widget is also embeddable on third-party platforms via a copy-paste snippet.
Add the widget on a Sparkforge funnel or website
- Open the page builder for the funnel or website.
- Drop in the Review Widget Element.
- Pick the layout, source filters (Google, Facebook), and styling, then save.
Embed the widget on a third-party platform
- Open Sub-Account Settings > Reputation Management.
- Scroll to the embed section and click Copy Code.
- Paste the snippet into the third-party page where the widget should appear.
Troubleshooting
Powered By link returns Bad Request
If clicking the Powered By link in the widget loads a Bad Request error, the location reference in the snippet is stale. Re-copy the embed code from sub-account settings and replace the snippet on the page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I show only Google reviews and hide Facebook?
Yes. Filter sources in the widget configuration before saving.
Where do the reviews come from?
From the Reputation tab. The widget mirrors what Sparkforge has already synced from Google and Facebook integrations.
Does the widget update automatically?
Yes. New reviews flow through the integration into the widget without re-embedding.
Why does my embed work on one site and not another?
Some site builders strip script tags. Use a custom HTML block or a code embed element so the snippet runs as written.
