Add Multiple Review Links to a Single Email Template

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Review Links element lets you drop multiple connected review platforms into a single email template. Customers pick the platform they prefer, and auto-validation catches broken URLs before you send.

Forcing every customer to one review platform leaves reviews on the table. The Review Links element in Sparkforge Reputation Management lets you offer Google, Facebook, and any other connected platform inside a single email template.

What it does

The element auto-pulls every review platform you have connected. You can customize the link text per platform, reorder them with drag-and-drop, and toggle visibility without disconnecting integrations. Built-in validation flags malformed URLs before the email goes out.

Set it up

  1. Go to Reputation → Settings → Email Requests.
  2. Click + Create New or Edit an existing template.
  3. Drag the Review Links element into the builder. It auto-selects every connected platform.
  4. Add, edit, or deselect platform URLs as needed.
  5. Customize the link text (for example, Leave a review on Google).
  6. If you have multiple Google Business Profiles connected, pick the specific GBP location.
  7. Reorder links by dragging.
  8. Confirm the validator shows no errors.
  9. Save, preview, and send — or use the template in recurring or workflow-driven review requests.

Why it lifts response rates

  • Customer choice — People leave reviews where they already have an account.
  • Lower drop-off — No more dead ends from sending Google-only requests to someone who only uses Facebook.
  • Brand voice — Custom CTA text per link.
  • Fewer mistakes — Auto-validation catches typos in URLs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to enable anything to see Review Links?
No. Once your review platforms are connected, they appear automatically in the Review Links element.
What if no platforms show up?
Connect them under Reputation → Settings → Integrations, then return to the Email Builder.
Can I customize the call-to-action text per platform?
Yes. Edit the text for each link so it matches your brand voice.
Is there a limit to how many links I can add?
Technically you can add many, but keep the list concise for readability — too many choices reduces conversion.
Do I have to disconnect a platform to hide it from one email?
No. Unselect it in the template. The integration stays connected for other uses.
