Social Planner Notifications: Failed Posts, Expirations, Approvals
Sparkforge Social Planner sends email notifications for account expiry, pre-expiry, post approval requests, approvals, rejections, and failures. Edit each one under Social Planner > Settings > Notifications.
Sparkforge Social Planner sends email notifications for the events that interrupt your posting flow — expired social account tokens, pending approvals, and failed posts. You can pick recipients, change templates, and tune cadence.
Notification types
- Account Expired — social account tokens that have already expired
- Account Pre-Expiry — early warning before tokens expire (e.g., Facebook pages have 60-day token lifespans, alerts fire around day 50)
- Request for Approval — a scheduled post is awaiting approval
- Post Approved — notifies the creator that their scheduled post was approved
- Post Rejected — notifies the creator that their scheduled post was rejected
- Post Failed — notifies selected users when a scheduled post fails to publish

Post failed
