How to Schedule Recurring Social Posts in Sparkforge
Sparkforge's Social Planner lets you set evergreen posts to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Edit the parent to update every scheduled child, or edit a single occurrence on its own.
Recurring posts let you keep evergreen content flowing across your connected social accounts on a schedule you set once. The Social Planner handles the cadence; you handle the message.
What Recurring Posts Do
- Cadence options: repeat every day, week, month, or year. Pick specific weekdays, a date range, and a post time.
- Parent and child posts: the parent is the master; each scheduled occurrence is a child. Edits to the parent replicate to every child. Editing one child does not affect the parent.
- Media: attach images or video from your library, or generate visuals with AI.
- Management: all recurring posts live in
Content > Recurring Postswith edit and delete controls.
When to Use It
- Seasonal promos and holiday campaigns scheduled once for the year.
- Daily quotes, weekly tips, or monthly product showcases.
- Recurring event reminders (webinars, classes, community meetups).
- Reposting cornerstone blog or podcast content for new followers.

- Time zones: the schedule uses your account time zone. Set timing for the audience you actually want to reach.
- Sensitive moments: review the queue during news events or crises before scheduled posts go out.
- Per-platform copy: use Customize Each Post when character limits or formatting differ across networks.
