How to Manage Snapshot Push Settings for Sub-Accounts in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge now lets you edit which sub-account locations receive a snapshot push. The updated UI displays enabled and disabled locations clearly, replacing the old all-or-nothing behavior.

Snapshot push settings are now editable per sub-account. The updated interface shows which locations are enabled or disabled at a glance, so you can target snapshot pushes precisely instead of pushing to everything.

What changed

  • Edit snapshot push locations directly during a push.
  • New UI surfaces enabled and disabled locations clearly.
  • No more all-or-nothing behavior — push to specific sub-accounts only.

Where to find it

Navigate: Account Snapshots > My Snapshots. On any row, click the three-dot More Actions menu, then choose Edit Snapshot.

Why this matters

Snapshot management used to require workarounds when you only wanted to push to a subset of sub-accounts. The new editor removes that friction by showing the full location list with enabled/disabled status, letting you adjust before pushing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I edit snapshot push locations?
Account Snapshots > My Snapshots. Click the three-dot More Actions menu on the snapshot row, then select Edit Snapshot.
Can I push a snapshot to only some sub-accounts?
Yes. The location editor lets you enable or disable specific sub-account locations before pushing.
Does this affect snapshots that were already pushed?
No. Editing applies to future pushes — existing snapshot installs stay where they are.
