How to Manage Linked Assets in Sparkforge Account Snapshots
Snapshot Asset Linking lets you choose which assets push with a Sparkforge snapshot instead of taking everything by default. Open Account Snapshots → My Snapshots → More Actions → Edit Snapshot, then toggle each asset on or off and save.
Snapshot Asset Linking gives you per-asset control over what goes out when you push a snapshot. Workflows, funnels, forms, and other assets can be enabled (linked) or disabled (unlinked) so each deployment carries only what you want.
What asset linking changes
- Push only the assets you select — not everything by default
- Skip outdated, unused, or irrelevant assets without deleting them
- See linked vs. unlinked assets at a glance
- Reduce post-push cleanup in client or internal sub-accounts
- Make snapshots repeatable and easier to maintain at scale
Manage linked assets
- Open Account Snapshots.
- Click My Snapshots.
- Find the snapshot you want to edit and click the three-dot More Actions menu.
- Select Edit Snapshot.
- Toggle each asset:
- Enabled = pushes with the snapshot
- Disabled = excluded from future pushes
- Click Save.
Path: Account Snapshots → My Snapshots → More Actions → Edit Snapshot.
Why per-asset control matters
Before this update, snapshot pushes were all-or-nothing. That created cleanup work and risked overwriting things in a sub-account that should have been left alone. With explicit linking you can ship a lean snapshot to a new client or refresh a single workflow without dragging the rest of the library along.
