How to Launch a Funnel in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Create a funnel in Sparkforge from Sites > Funnels > New Funnel. Build from scratch, generate with Funnel AI, or start from a template, then attach a form and connect your domain.

A funnel turns visitors into leads. Sparkforge gives you three starting points — blank canvas, AI-generated, or template — plus the form builder, domain connection, and editor needed to publish.

Create a funnel

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels.
  2. Click New Funnel.
  3. Pick one of three options:
    • From Blank — build the funnel page by page
    • Funnel AI — describe what you need and let AI generate the structure
    • From Templates — start with a pre-built funnel

Start from a template

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels.
  2. Click New Funnel → From Template → Continue.
  3. Open the Template Library.
  4. Search, filter, and sort templates.
  5. Preview the template you want.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Edit in the Funnel Editor.
  8. Click Save.

Add a form to capture leads

Forms feed contacts directly into your CRM and trigger automations.

  1. Open the Form Builder via the Form Picker in the Funnel Editor or directly from the menu.
  2. Click Add Form.
  3. Customize fields and branding in the Form Editor.
  4. Click Save.

Edit an existing funnel

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels.
  2. Open the funnel from the list.
  3. Edit in the Funnel Editor.
  4. Click Save.

Connect a custom domain

A custom domain replaces the default Sparkforge URL with your own brand.

  1. Go to Settings → Domains.
  2. Click Connect a Domain.
  3. Enter your domain and click Continue.
  4. Set up the DNS records shown in the instructions (the exact records depend on your registrar).
  5. Click Verify Records.
  6. Link the verified domain to your funnel.
  7. Click Proceed to Finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Blank, Funnel AI, and Template?
Blank starts you with an empty canvas. Funnel AI generates a draft from a prompt. Template gives you a pre-built funnel you customize. Pick based on how much structure you want upfront.
Do I need a custom domain for my funnel?
No. Funnels publish on a Sparkforge subdomain by default. A custom domain is optional but improves brand trust and recognition.
How do I connect a form to my funnel?
Use the Form Picker inside the Funnel Editor or build the form first in Form Builder, then drop it into a funnel page. Submitted forms create or update Sparkforge contacts automatically.
Can I edit a funnel after publishing?
Yes. Open Sites > Funnels, click the funnel, edit in the Funnel Editor, and Save. Changes go live without breaking the URL.
What happens after a lead submits the form?
The contact record is created or updated in Sparkforge. From there you can trigger workflows, drip campaigns, SMS follow-up, or pipeline placement automatically.
