The Snapshot Asset Viewer in Sparkforge opens any snapshot from the Account Snapshots page and lists every asset it contains, so you can audit contents before loading or sharing.

Snapshots package funnels, workflows, emails, forms, and more into a single bundle you can move between accounts. Loading the wrong one overwrites live assets. The Snapshot Asset Viewer lets you see what is inside before you commit.

What the Snapshot Asset Viewer does

Open any snapshot from the Account Snapshots page and Sparkforge shows a structured list of every asset inside. No download, no test load, no guessing.

How to view snapshot contents

  1. Go to Settings → Account Snapshots.
  2. Pick a tab: My Snapshots, Shared Snapshots, or Imported Snapshots.
  3. Click any snapshot name to expand the asset list.

Search inside a snapshot

The live search bar filters the list as you type. Useful when a snapshot holds dozens of workflows or emails.

  1. Click the Search assets field at the top right of the asset list.
  2. Type any keyword. The list narrows in real time.
  3. Clear the field to return to the full inventory.
