How to Set Up a Digital QR Code for Review Generation in Sparkforge
Sparkforge Reputation generates QR codes that point at any review page you choose. Brand them with your logo, print or share them digitally, and watch scan counts in the Tracking section.
QR codes shrink the gap between "thanks, please leave a review" and the customer actually doing it. Sparkforge generates them inside Reputation, lets you brand them, and tracks scans so you know what's working.
Step 1: Create the QR code
- Go to Reputation > Settings > Reviews QR.
- Pick the review page you want to send people to (Google, Facebook, a custom feedback form, etc.).
- Click Create QR Code.
You can create as many QR codes as you need. Use different codes for different platforms or campaigns so tracking stays clean.
Step 2: Customize the QR code
- Add your logo or a relevant image to brand the code.
- Edit the surrounding text to add a call-to-action.
- Test the customized code with at least two phones before printing. Heavy customization can break scannability.
Step 3: Display the QR code
- Download as PDF for clean printing.
- Add to flyers, receipts, business cards, in-store signage.
- Drop it in email signatures, social posts, your website, and order confirmations.
- Place codes where people are already standing still — checkout counters, waiting areas, takeout bags.
Step 4: Track and optimize
- Open the Tracking section in Reputation to see scan counts in real time.
- Compare scan rates across placements and creatives.
- Reposition, rewrite the call-to-action, or rotate creative based on what's pulling.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can one QR code point at multiple review platforms?
Each QR code points at one review page. Create separate codes for Google, Facebook, or a custom form, then place them in different contexts so you know which channel is working.
Will the QR code break if I add a logo to it?
It can if the logo covers too much of the code. Always test the customized code with at least two phones before printing or distributing.
Where can I see how many people have scanned it?
The Tracking section inside Reputation shows real-time scan counts per QR code, so you can compare placements and campaigns.
Should I use the same code on every channel?
Use unique codes per channel. Same destination is fine, but separate codes give you separate tracking data.
