Reputation Management in Sparkforge lets you assign a different email template to each follow-up in a recurring review request. Configure retries, templates, and subject lines, then save and activate.

Sparkforge Reputation Management can rotate email templates across follow-up review requests, so each retry feels fresh instead of repeating the same wording.

Configure Recurring Review Request Emails

  1. Open Email Review Requests. In your dashboard, open Reputation Management and go to the Email Review Requests section.
  2. Enable recurring requests. Find Maximum Retries and turn on Recurring Review Requests so multiple follow-ups can run.
  3. Pick a template per follow-up. Choose a different email template for each follow-up in the sequence. Use a pre-designed template or create your own.
  4. Set the subject line. Enter a subject for each recurring email in the sequence.
  5. Customize the content. Use the Email Builder to match brand voice and add personalization tokens.
  6. Save and activate. Review the sequence, click Save and Activate, and the system sends each follow-up with the assigned template.

Repeating the same email lowers open and click rates after the first send. Rotating templates and subject lines keeps the ask visible without becoming routine, which lifts review conversion across the sequence.
