How to Schedule Posts to Community Groups in Sparkforge
Sparkforge Social Planner now supports community groups and channels. Connect groups in Social Planner Settings, then schedule posts to multiple channels at once with images or video.
Sparkforge Social Planner lets you schedule posts to community groups and channels alongside your other social channels. Plan content in advance, manage everything from one queue, and keep community engagement consistent without logging in each day.
What you get
- Scheduled posting: queue content in advance so posts go live at the right time for each community.
- Unified content management: view post history, upcoming posts, and current statuses across every community in one place.
Connect a community group
- Go to Marketing › Social Planner.
- Open the Settings page and add a community group from the list available on the current sub-account.
- The group and all of its channels are added to Social Planner.
Communities only connect from the matching sub-account inside Social Planner.
Schedule a community post
- Open the Post Composer.
- Multi-select the channels you want to post to. Each channel shows the group it belongs to.
- Add your content. Rich text, images, and video are all supported.
- Fill in the required fields, including Title and the user account that will post.
- Schedule the post.
Media limits
- Up to 10 images or videos per post.
- Image max size: 10 MB.
- Video max size: 1 GB. Minimum video length: 4 seconds.
CSV uploads and other post types are supported for community channels.
Re-sync after group changes
New channels or changes to a group's setup do not auto-populate in Social Planner. Go to Social Planner Settings › Communities and re-sync the groups and channels.
You can also set default users in Communities settings so new posts pre-fill with the right account.
