How to schedule a Story (web)

Before you start, confirm the mobile app is installed, push notifications are on, and you are logged into the right Instagram account.

Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Create Post.
Select Instagram Story.
Upload Story media and add caption.
Toggle Publish via Push Notification.
(Optional) Add notes for the teammate publishing — for example, "Add trending sticker before posting."

Choose date and time.
