How to Integrate Multiple Review Platforms in Sparkforge
Sparkforge pulls reviews from 50+ platforms — Yelp, Trustpilot, Google, TripAdvisor, and more — into one dashboard. Add the public review URL for each site and Sparkforge fetches and centralizes new reviews.
Customers leave reviews everywhere — Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, industry-specific sites — and tracking each one separately wastes time. Sparkforge centralizes reviews from 50+ platforms in one dashboard so you can monitor and respond from a single place.
What you get
- Centralized management — every connected platform feeds into one dashboard.
- Faster responses — reply across platforms without logging into each site.
- Reputation monitoring — watch your brand across review sources and catch issues early.
- Less manual work — reviews are fetched automatically once the integration is set.
How to integrate a review platform
Step 1: Open Reputation settings
- Click Reputation in the left-side menu.
- From the top menu inside Reputation, click Settings (the reputation settings page, not general settings).
- Click the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Add each platform's URL
- For each platform you want to integrate, paste your business's public review page URL (for example, your Yelp business page or your Google Business Profile).
- Click Integrate. Sparkforge pulls in the latest reviews and shows them on your dashboard.
- Repeat for any other platforms — every connected source feeds the same dashboard.
Supported review platforms
Sparkforge integrates with over 50 review sources, including:
- Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Better Business Bureau
- Google Play, App Store, Amazon, eBay
- Healthgrades, RateMDs, ZocDoc, Vitals, WebMD, Caring.com
- Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, Houzz, Thumbtack
- CarGurus, Cars.com, DealerRater
- Booking.com, Hotels.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, VRBO, OpenTable, Zomato

- Etsy, AliExpress, Google Shopping, Consumer Affairs
- WeddingWire, The Knot, GoodReads, DoorDash, UberEats
Each site has its own rules for what counts as a valid public review URL. If you can't find yours, check that platform's help center.
Troubleshooting
- Check the URL — it must point to your public review page, not your dashboard or admin URL.
- Verify access — your account needs permission to read reviews on the source platform.
- Clear browser cache — stale cache sometimes blocks the integration handshake.
- Contact support — if the integration still fails, reach out and include the platform name and URL you tried.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many review platforms can I connect at once?
There is no hard cap. You can integrate any combination of the 50+ supported platforms relevant to your business and they will all feed the same dashboard.
What URL do I paste in?
Use your business's public review page URL on that platform — for example, your Google Business Profile URL or your Yelp business page URL, not your admin login.
Can I respond to reviews directly from Sparkforge?
Yes. Once a platform is integrated, you can read and respond to its reviews from the central Reputation dashboard without logging into each site.
Why isn't my integration pulling reviews?
Confirm the URL points to your public review page, that your account has fetch permissions, and clear your browser cache. If it still fails, contact support with the platform name and URL.
