How to Import Snapshots in Sparkforge
Open the share link or email while logged into Sparkforge to import a snapshot at the agency level. Then load it into a specific sub-account from Agency View > Sub-Accounts > Actions > Load Snapshot.
Importing a snapshot is a two-step process: bring the snapshot into your agency, then load it into a specific sub-account.
Import from a share link
- Log into Sparkforge in your browser.
- Open a new tab.
- Paste the snapshot share link into the address bar and press Enter.
- Click Yes! Import Now.
Import from an email
- Log into Sparkforge in your browser.
- Click Click here in the email.
- Click Yes! Import Now.
Imported snapshots are stored at the agency level under Settings > Account Snapshot > Imported Snapshots. They are not visible inside any sub-account until you load them manually.
Load a snapshot into a sub-account
Step 1: Open Manage Client
- Click Sub-Accounts in the agency menu.
- For the target sub-account, click the three dots beside Switch to Sub-account.
- Click Manage Client in the popup.
Step 2: Load the snapshot
- From the client management page, click Actions.
- Click Load Snapshot in the dropdown.
- Pick a snapshot from the imported list.
- Click Proceed.
- Select or skip individual assets to push to the sub-account.
- Click Proceed.
- Click + to check for conflicts, then Proceed.
- Type Confirm in the box to start loading.
If your snapshot includes webinars, the import clones the webinar pages and creates the corresponding sessions automatically.
