How to Create a New Snapshot in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Snapshots clone a sub-account's configuration so you can reuse it across other accounts. Build the sub-account first, then capture it as a snapshot from the Account Snapshots screen.

A snapshot is a reusable template that captures a sub-account's configuration — workflows, funnels, calendars, forms, campaigns, custom fields, and more. Use it to duplicate a working setup across client accounts.

Important: you do not build a snapshot directly. Configure a source sub-account first, then capture it as a snapshot.

Why use snapshots

 • Save time — deploy repeatable configurations in minutes.
 • Stay consistent — uniform setups across clients or verticals.
 • Power SaaS offers — use snapshots as default templates for new SaaS signups.
 • Selective control — include all assets or hand-pick what you need.

Create a snapshot

Step 1: Open Account Snapshots

 1. From Agency View, click Account Snapshots.
 2. Click the blue + Create New Snapshot button in the top right.

Step 2: Name the snapshot and pick the source

Enter a descriptive name (for example, Spa Funnel Setup), then select the sub-account that contains the assets you want to capture.

Step 3: Choose assets

You will see every asset in the selected sub-account. Click Select All to include everything, or expand each category with + to choose individually. Click Create when done.

If any asset fails to load during this step, click Retry to reattempt the incomplete categories without restarting. This helps with large asset counts or intermittent timeouts.

LinkedIn ad campaigns

LinkedIn campaign structures can be included. Go to Marketing assets > Ad Campaigns – LinkedIn, then choose specific campaigns or Select All. The full hierarchy is preserved: Campaign Group > Campaign > Ad. Lead Gen Forms are not included.

CRM associations are included automatically when both objects in the relationship are selected. Contact-to-contact associations are not supported at this time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I build a snapshot?
You build a sub-account, not the snapshot itself. Configure the sub-account, then capture it using the snapshot tool.
What does a snapshot include?
Workflows, funnels, calendars, forms, emails, triggers, custom fields, custom values, membership content, services, and webinars. Contacts, appointments, conversations, reputation data, Stripe connections, and integrations are not included.
Can I reuse a snapshot more than once?
Yes. Apply a snapshot to as many sub-accounts as you need.
Can I update a snapshot later?
Yes. Use the Refresh option to add or remove assets in an existing snapshot.
