How to Connect TikTok in Sparkforge Social Planner

Sparkforge Social Planner connects to TikTok personal or business accounts. Comment management requires a TikTok Business profile.

Sparkforge Social Planner schedules posts to TikTok and pulls comments back into your inbox. Personal and Business accounts both work for posting, but TikTok Comment Management only runs on Business profiles.

Connect a TikTok account

  1. Sign in to your Sparkforge sub-account and open Marketing → Social Planner.
  2. If this is your first connection, the setup wizard appears with a Connect option. Otherwise, open the gear icon in the Social Planner overview.
  3. Click Add Account and pick TikTok Personal or TikTok Business.
  4. Sign in to TikTok and approve the requested permissions.
  5. Select the TikTok account you want to use with Sparkforge.

Manage connected accounts

Open the gear icon in Social Planner to disconnect, reconnect, or switch accounts. Add additional TikTok profiles the same way.

Personal vs Business

Use a Business profile if you want comment management, analytics, and CTA buttons. Personal profiles can post but won't surface incoming comments inside your Sparkforge inbox.
