How to Read Email Campaign Statistics in Sparkforge
Sparkforge email campaign Statistics breaks performance into four sections: Conversion Summary, Engagement Summary, Performance Analysis, and Top/Recent Email Analysis. Enable it in beta settings, then pick a date range.
The Statistics view inside Email Marketing shows how your campaigns are performing over a date range. Use it to spot what's working, what's flat, and where to adjust copy, offers, or send timing.
Open Statistics
- Enable Statistics in Settings > Beta.
- Go to Email Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click Statistics.
- Choose a date range: last 7 days or last 30 days.
- In the Performance Analysis section, pick the metric you want to trend.
What each section shows
Conversion Summary
The top-line revenue numbers: orders placed, total revenue, order rate, and average order value. Use it to gut-check whether a campaign is actually moving money.
Engagement Summary
Funnel-style view of recipient behavior: emails sent, opens, clicks, and purchases. Sparkforge counts unique opens and clicks per contact, regardless of how many times they engage. Watch for the biggest drop-off step; that's where to focus.
Performance Analysis
Trend lines over the date range for sends, opens, clicks, and unsubscribes. Pick the metric from the dropdown to see whether the campaign is climbing, flat, or sliding.
Top Performing Emails
The five emails generating the most revenue in the chosen window. Reverse-engineer what made them work — subject line, offer, segment — and apply it to upcoming sends.
Recent Email Analysis
The 10 most recent campaigns with full metrics. Use it to verify recent sends landed correctly and to react quickly when something underperforms.
