Sparkforge's All-in-One Email Dashboard pulls every email you send — through Campaigns, Workflows, or Bulk Actions — into a single performance view. Instead of jumping between tools to check open and click rates, you get one filterable dashboard.

How to access the dashboard

Go to Marketing > Emails > Statistics.
The unified stats show by default across all channels.
Use the dropdown in the top-left to filter by channel. Emails sent via Contacts > Bulk Actions are grouped under "Bulk Action Campaigns" in the filter.
Scroll for deeper performance metrics, including Top Performing Emails.

Tip: if you started inside Contacts > Bulk Actions > Show Statistics, click Load More Stats to open the full dashboard with bulk action reporting attached.

Top Performing Emails

This section ranks the emails driving the most engagement, broken down by source:

Campaigns and Bulk Actions — tracks the entire send.
Workflows — tracks performance at the individual email action level, not the full workflow.

Can I export data from the dashboard?

Not directly from this dashboard yet. Export is available from the underlying campaign and workflow reports.

Does the dashboard include SMS stats?

No. The All-in-One Email Dashboard focuses on email activity only. SMS reporting lives in its own dashboard.

Can I compare performance across email types?

Yes. Use the channel filter dropdown to switch between campaigns, workflows, and bulk actions and visually compare metrics.

Are workflow trigger emails included?

Yes. Emails sent through workflow triggers are tracked at the individual email-action level.

Can I drill into a specific email?

Yes. Click into any email in the Top Performing list to see send details, recipients, and click-through breakdowns.
