Email Statistics Summary Page in Sparkforge
The Summary page in Sparkforge Email Statistics shows campaign performance at a glance — delivery, open, click, conversion, bounce, unsubscribe, and revenue metrics. Use it to evaluate sender reputation, content effectiveness, and ROI.
The Summary page in Sparkforge Email Statistics gives you a campaign-wide view of how recipients interacted with a sent email — delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, bounces, unsubscribes, and revenue. This article covers how to access it and how to read each metric.
How to access the Summary page
- Go to Marketing → Emails in your dashboard.
- Open the Campaigns tab and find the sent campaign.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Statistics.
- In the side panel, click Load More Statistics.
- On the full statistics page, select the Summary tab.
Drafts and scheduled campaigns won’t show data — only sent and delivered emails populate the report.
Summary metrics, defined
Delivered
The percentage of emails successfully delivered to recipient inboxes.
Formula: (Delivered / Total Sent) × 100. Aim for 90%+ — lower rates suggest sender reputation problems or stale contact lists.
Opened
The percentage of recipients who opened at least once.
Formula: (Unique Opens / Delivered) × 100. Tracks subject line and sender name effectiveness.
Clicked
The percentage of recipients who clicked at least one link.
Formula: (Unique Clicks / Delivered) × 100. Higher click rates indicate effective content and CTA placement.
Conversion
The percentage of recipients who completed a tracked goal (purchase, booking, signup).
Formula: (Conversions / Delivered) × 100. Requires goal or revenue tracking.
Soft Bounced
Temporary delivery failures — full inbox, server issue. May succeed on retry.
Hard Bounced
Permanent failures — invalid addresses, blocked domains. Keep this below 2% by cleaning your contact list regularly.
Unsubscribed
Recipients who opted out via the unsubscribe link.
Formula: (Unsubscribed / Delivered) × 100. Under 1% is normal. Higher rates suggest irrelevant content or send frequency problems.
Skipped
Contacts the system did not send to — typically because the contact has DND enabled or hit a sending filter.
Spam
The percentage of recipients who marked the email as spam. Watch this number closely — high spam rates damage sender reputation across all future sends.
Engagement Analysis chart
The chart below the summary plots Delivered (green), Opened (blue), and Clicked (orange) over time. Peaks reveal your audience’s best send days and hours.
Conversion Summary and Analysis
If revenue or goal tracking is set up, this section shows:
- Revenue — total income tied to the email.
- RPR (Revenue per Recipient) — average revenue per recipient.
- Conversion Analysis chart — orders or conversions over time.
Without revenue tracking, these fields show $0.
Details tab
The Details section lists individual contact-level engagement across these tabs: Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Ordered, Replied, Hard Bounced, Soft Bounced, Complained, Unsubscribed, Skipped, Failed. Each row shows full name, email, status, and last updated timestamp. Export to CSV for deeper analysis.
