Click Performance Reports in Sparkforge Email Statistics
The Click Performance report in Sparkforge shows total clicks, unique clicks, and per-link engagement for any sent email. Enable Track Clicks before sending or no data is recorded.
The Click Performance report breaks down every link interaction in a sent Sparkforge email campaign. You see which links got clicked, how many times, and by how many unique recipients — enough detail to refine CTAs, button placement, and content for the next send.
How to enable click tracking
Click data only records when Track Clicks is on at send time. If you forget, no data is captured for that campaign.
- Go to Marketing → Emails → Campaigns.
- Open or create your campaign.
- On the Send and Schedule page, scroll to Additional Settings.
- Turn Track Clicks on.
- Optionally enable UTM Tracking to tag links with campaign data for downstream analytics.
- Send the campaign.
Open the Click Performance report
- From the dashboard, go to Marketing → Emails.
- Open the Campaigns tab and find your sent campaign.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Statistics.
- In the side panel, click Load More Statistics.
- Select the Click Performance tab on the expanded statistics page.
If the tab shows no data, the campaign was sent without Track Clicks enabled.
Click metrics, defined
