Sparkforge tracks email performance at three levels: Marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and bulk sends from Contacts. Each view shows delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe metrics.

Sparkforge surfaces email performance in three places — campaigns, workflows, and bulk sends — so you can pinpoint deliverability issues, identify top-performing content, and feed metrics into segmentation.

Email marketing statistics

Go to Marketing > Emails for one-time and scheduled campaign performance.

Engagement summary

Quick visual snapshot of delivery, engagement, and conversion across campaigns.

Performance analysis

Trend lines for delivery rate, bounce rate, unsubscribes, and spam complaints over a date range. Use the dropdown to compare campaign types.

Top performing emails

Ranked list of campaigns by open or click rate. Useful for spotting which subject lines and send times resonate.

Workflow email statistics

Track each automated email step inside an automation.

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows.
  2. Open a workflow and select an Email action.
  3. Click Statistics in the right panel.

Metrics shown: Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Replied, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Complained, Accepted, Rejected. Default range is the last 30 days.

Bulk email statistics

For one-off bulk sends outside campaigns or workflows, go to Contacts > Bulk Actions and locate the send. You'll see Total Attempts, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Replied, Bounced, and Unsubscribed — plus per-recipient breakdowns for troubleshooting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between soft and hard bounces?
Soft bounces are temporary problems like a full inbox or a server outage. Hard bounces are permanent — invalid addresses or dead domains. Hard bounces hurt sender reputation and should trigger list cleanup.
How long do email statistics take to update?
Most metrics update in near real time. Clicks, unsubscribes, and spam complaints can lag a few minutes depending on recipient behavior and provider delays.
Do I need Mailgun to see full email stats?
Yes. Mailgun is the only provider that surfaces full visibility into delivered, bounced, unsubscribed, and spam complaints. Other SMTP providers usually only return opens and clicks.
Where do I see per-recipient metrics?
For bulk sends, drill into Contacts > Bulk Actions to see individual recipient delivery and engagement. Workflow emails surface stats per workflow step.
