How to Group Social Media Profiles in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Social Groups in Sparkforge let you bundle multiple social accounts so you can post to all of them in one click instead of selecting each profile every time.

If you manage several social accounts, picking each one when composing a post gets tedious fast. Social Groups bundle accounts so you can publish to a whole group with a single selection.

Where to create a group

You can create a Social Group from three places:

  • The Social Planner overview page
  • The new post screen
  • Social Planner Settings

Each social account is unique within a group — no duplicates.

Steps to create a Social Group

  1. Click Add Group.
  2. Enter a Group Name.
  3. Click Add accounts to group and select your social channels.
  4. Click Add Group to save.
  5. To edit later, click the pencil icon next to the group name.

When grouping helps

  • You run multiple brands or locations and want to post identical content to each.
  • You publish to several Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Pages, and X accounts at once.
  • You want to keep test accounts and live accounts in separate groups.
