AI Review Summaries in Sparkforge
Sparkforge auto-generates an AI summary card for every connected review location, rolling sentiment and recurring themes into one view. Filter by location and date, then refresh to regenerate on demand.
AI Review Summaries roll customer feedback into a single sentiment card so you can read the room without scrolling reviews one by one. The card surfaces overall tone, common themes, and highlight tags pulled from every connected page.
What the AI Summary card shows
Each summary includes a short paragraph describing overall sentiment, plus auto-generated highlight tags that flag recurring topics. Tags split into two groups:
- Sentiment tags: phrases like "great service," "rude staff," or "fast response"
- Topic tags: phrases like "booking system," "parking," or "cleanliness"
Tags refresh dynamically as you change filters.
