Facebook Post Sync in Sparkforge Social Planner

Facebook Post Sync brings existing Facebook Page posts into Sparkforge Social Planner so past content, scheduled content, and analytics live in one place. The feature is in Labs and must be enabled by Agency for sub-accounts.

Sync behavior

• Only connected Facebook Pages sync.
• Standard window: last 30 days.
• The first sync may pull additional historical posts when available.
• Sync runs in the background after setup.
• Insights refresh every 24 hours, not continuously, to stay within Facebook API limits.
• Reconnecting Facebook may be required if permissions expire.

What gets synced

• Posts from the last 30 days, up to the current day in UTC.
• Text, images, and video are supported.
• Media is processed automatically with batch handling.
• Video sync is supported up to platform limits.

Enable Post Sync while connecting an account

1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Click + Socials.
3. In the Connect Socials popup, enable Sync Posts Automatically.
4. Click Connect Facebook and finish linking.

Social Planner starts syncing posts immediately.

Enable Post Sync on an already-connected account

1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Social Accounts > Facebook.
4. Enable Sync Posts for the page you want.

Sync runs in the background. Open Planner to see synced posts and Statistics for performance data. If a disconnect or expired-access prompt appears, follow it to reconnect.
