Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete a snapshot that's already loaded into client sub-accounts?
Yes. Deleting the snapshot removes the template from your agency, but the assets that were already loaded into sub-accounts stay in place. You just lose the ability to push future updates from that snapshot.
Does renaming a snapshot affect sub-accounts that loaded it?
No. Renaming only changes the snapshot's label in your agency. Sub-accounts that loaded the snapshot are not affected.
Can I delete an imported snapshot?
Yes. Imported snapshots show up under the Imported Snapshots tab and can be deleted with the same trash-can icon.
