Sparkforge snapshots can include custom objects with all their custom fields and associations, letting you replicate object structures across sub-accounts. A snapshot can hold up to 10 custom objects per sub-account.

Sparkforge snapshots support custom objects, including every custom field and association tied to them. This lets you build a custom object structure once and copy it to other sub-accounts without rebuilding it manually.

What gets included

The custom object and all its custom fields, not just primary fields.
Associations to other custom objects and to contacts.
Associations are included by default and cannot be modified or deselected during snapshot creation.

Custom objects can only move between sub-accounts via snapshots. Direct export to file is not supported.

How to copy custom objects between sub-accounts

Go to Agency > Account Snapshots > Create Snapshot.
Select the custom object you want to include.
The object's fields and associations are added to the snapshot automatically.
Choose the source and target sub-accounts and complete the transfer.

Limits to know

10 custom objects per snapshot, per sub-account. If importing the snapshot would push the target above 10, no custom objects are created in the target sub-account.
Associations are auto-managed during the import. You cannot edit them as part of the snapshot process.
