Frequently Asked Questions
How do I edit the review request message?
Click the Reputation Settings link inside the action. The actual message template lives there, not in the workflow step.
What channels can a review request use?
Email and SMS are the standard options. Pick the one your customers respond to best.
When should the Review Request action fire?
Right after a positive interaction — appointment completed, invoice paid, job closed. Timing matters more than the wording.
Where do responses go?
Responses flow into your reputation dashboard and stay tied to the contact record so you can see review history per customer.
