AI Email Generation in Sparkforge Workflow Actions

Workflow Email AI generates a full email from a short description, then drops it into a Send Email action inside your Sparkforge workflow. You pick a tone, describe the email's goal, and review the output before saving.

What It Produces

• A subject line you can keep or replace
• A complete email body
• Tone options: neutral, friendly, professional, casual, persuasive
• Regenerate-with-prompt edits if the first draft misses

How to Use It

Step 1: Open or Create a Workflow

1. Log in and click Automation in the left menu.
2. Click Workflows.
3. Open an existing workflow or click + Create Workflow.

Step 2: Add a Send Email Action

1. Add or confirm your trigger (form submission, payment received, etc.).
2. Click the + button to add an action.
3. Search Send Email or pick it from the Communications section.

Step 3: Configure Basic Email Settings

• Name the action (e.g., Consultation Follow-Up).
• Set From Name and From Email.
• Add CC or BCC if needed.
• Leave the subject blank if you want AI to write it.

Step 4: Launch the AI Writer

1. In the Message section, click Write with AI.
2. Pick a tone.
3. Enter a prompt describing the purpose, audience, and outcome.
4. Click Generate Email.

Step 5: Review and Insert

The AI fills in a subject line and body. Edit anything you want, replace the subject if needed, or supply a follow-up prompt and regenerate. When the draft is right, click Use Email.

Step 6: Finalize

• Add attachments if needed.
• Send a test email (optional).
• Click Save Action.
