Workflow Action: Internal Notifications in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Internal Notification workflow action alerts your team when something important happens — new lead, completed form, pipeline change. Send via email, in-app, SMS, or WhatsApp to specific users, roles, or teams.

Internal Notifications fire alerts to your team from inside a workflow. Use them when a new lead lands, a high-value purchase clears, or a pipeline stage changes — anywhere the right person needs to know now.

Some notification types can run in contactless workflows where no contact record exists.

What you can do with it

  • Real-time alerts: notify team members the moment a workflow trigger fires.
  • Multi-channel: email, in-app notification, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Role-based targeting: send to individual users, roles (for example, all admins), or specific teams.
  • Accountability: the right person sees lead and task assignments without checking a queue.
  • Templates and dynamic fields: reuse content and personalize with custom values.
